The voice of the 3 worlds: physical, emotional and spiritual practice of singing

The voice is a holistic practice that allows us to work on different aspects of our being. It is physical in its functioning; it connects us to our emotions and it connects us to the subtle, spiritual worlds.

During these three days, we will explore these three aspects of the voice, these three worlds: body, mind, and soul of the voice.

This course has been designed for people who want to know their voice better, to discover how their voice speaks of it, and to develop its potential both physically and spiritually.

The course is open to everyone, whether it is for people who are at the beginnings of their meeting with their voice, to people who already practice singing but who wish to discover their voice in a new light and activate new vocal possibilities.

DAY 1: WORLD BELOW: THE BREATH
The source of my voice, what nourishes me in my life, what is the breath that carries me?
- work on breathing in singing
- Songs of the 4 Elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water
- Make a call to the Directions, open a shamanic circle
- Discussion on the nature of shamanic practices
- drum meditation

DAY 2: MIDDLE WORLD: VIBRATION
How do I vibrate in the world? How to receive and transmit my vibration to the world?
- OM chanting
- work on the vocal cords: discover how they work. Improve their use. How do our vocal cords talk about us?
- Delight of polyphony: receive the vibrations of singing bodies
- Practice of the shamanic drum: make the drum sing

DAY 3: WORLD ABOVE: THE RESONANCE
How do I resonate in the world, what are the fruits that I offer to the world?
Make your creativity resonate in the world. Activity its potential for expression.
- The vowels in the service of sound: the resonators of the voice
- Symbolic and vowel strength, harmonization by vowel song
- shamanic drum trip
- Improvisation sung solo accompanied by the energy of the circle.

Every day we will sing shamanic songs from different spiritual traditions.
On Saturday, we will stay together until nightfall, to practice a wild song ritual at La Réserve (a place combining permaculture and spirituality).

The Saturday evening meal will be the responsibility of the participants.
Accommodation is also the responsibility of the participants. However, for people coming from far away and having no other solution, it is possible to pitch their tent on site (limited to 3 places).
